Week 1 – Epigenetics

We are going to come out with a bang. Lots of information that we will be referencing again during the year that we want you to have right in the beginning to start off with a BANG!  

  • What is Epigenetic’s and how it relates to past trauma – Video by Dr Jessica
  • How Nutrition plays a role in epigenetic’s – Video by Paige
  • Where Self Love and Movement must become priority when healing epigenetic’s – Video by Marissa
  • Actionable Steps also known as homework. These will be based on the three videos above. Aimed to have you dive deep into your Life Dream Today.
  • Breathwork and Workout – These exercise should take you less than 7 minutes a day to complete. Each week there will be a new routine to work through. You can just do the week or link them together for more intensity.
  • How to Get On Board with Clean Eating – When you are getting on board with clean eating… There are some changes we know are going to be transformational for you to make. We want you to feel, you have all the tools to achieve these and step into your new relationship with food. Food fuels you and everything you do.
  • Food Log – A food log is where you intentionally track the things that you put into your body. It is important for you to notice how much of each thing you are ingesting as it will change as you change your health.
  • Health Evaluations – When you are evaluating your health, running tests is a standard of care that is often missed when you only look at the medical norms instead of the functional norms. If you are medically safe, you might be high or low in a functional category. We want you to know exactly what that means to be preventative and able to listen to your body’s cues before falling into ill health.
  • Ditch and Switch – We want to ditch toxins that are creating stress in the form of inflammation in our bodies and switch to clean products that support the body on a cellular level. This section teaches you where toxins are hiding in your home.
  • Products We Love – When you are switching to clean products, you must make sure they are not green-washed, filled with genetically modified crap, or any pesticides. This is a list of products based on Dr. Jessica’s 4 Pillars Of Health, we recommend you have on hand, basically we did the research for you.

Week 2 – Life Dream

  • What did you dream about – house, car, travel, kids… Do you still dream now? Is it safe to dream? Do you know how to dream? Do you know that the food you put in your body supports your dreaming, but if its crap it will hold you back from dreaming. Did you know that if you overthink your dream, without embodying that you can achieve your dream it stays stagnate?

Week 3 – My Identity

  • What is your Character. Do you know who you are? What are you known for now? Do you have boundaries that define your character? Do you know that your past is not your fault however it is your responsibility to heal?

Week 4 – My Garden

  • Let’s talk about your social life. How will it be different with you stepping into your life dream and showing the true you? Are you letting your inner thoughts hold you back? Is food connecting you to your social life? How you you maintain a social life while changing your food?

Week 5 – Brain Food

  • Are you still learning? Your brain needs to be fueled with nutrition and movement to grow. Do you know it is safe to change and grow? The growth happens in a transition season that sometimes can be hard – do you have habits to keep you moving forward?

Week 6 – Emotional

  • This could be a WHOLE year in itself. How are you talking to yourself? Are you processing your emotions or boxing them? Are you emotionally eating to hid from something? Are you aware of how you want to feel and heal?
